Have you ever been in the hosital and been forced to use VRI, only to be met with a blurry screen, slow internet, and a no good interpreter?

Hearing hosital and medical center staff do not know that VRI is not accessble. They use it for spoken languagses and think it works for ASL. You have the right to request an in person ASL interpreter so you have full access to your medical treatment. under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
